The DTS Semi-automatic filling and weight-control system consists of an auger filler, PLC controll, touch screen panel with multiples languages for easy operation and possibility to save up to 100 different recipes. Complete and solid Stainless Steel construction with an integrated electronic weight control scale (0.1gr resolution).

This system is specially designed for volumetric dosing of any kind of powder products which require gentle handling into pre-made containers such as pouches, jars, cups, cans, bottles, boxes or others.

This dosing system is able to work with easy-flow or low-flow materials, like milk powder, gourmet powder, powder beverages, granulated and powder sugar, glucose, ground coffee, protein powder, soybean powder, solid medicine, powder and granule additives, dyestuff and much more food products as well as non-food products like cement, additives and chemicals, lime, pesticide and fertilizer products.

Due to its special-design, the system provides high speed as well as a high precision of the dosing process: The integrated checkweigher device can feed back in real time the weight information to automatically adjust the infeed of the auger.

The unique split type hopper guarantees a tool-free and thorough sanitation of the system, allowing quick change overs from one product to the next.
