The DTA Automatic Auger filler is a complete machine itself, PLC controlled, including its own touch screen panel with independient Electrical Cabinet, Access key and Emergency Stop for the volumetric dosing of powder products which require gentle handling and need to be filled in a dust-free system.

DTC - Automatic Auger Filler for cans/jars/bottles

Our proven heavy- duty DTC Auger Filler System with highly precise servo drive was created to dispense powdered products into a wide range of different rigid containers. With our two models we can handle containers up to 100mm and 160mm diameter. Filling weight depends on the container size and the product’s bulk density. Changeover for different pack sizes is easy and the enclosure allows easy access for maintenance.

The DTS Semi-automatic filling and weight-control system consists of an auger filler, PLC controller, touch screen panel with multiples languages for easy operation and possibility to save up to 100 different recipes. Complete and solid Stainless Steel construction with an integrated electronic weight control scale (0.1gr resolution).
